No. MySense Everyday uses discreet, non-camera sensors and doesn’t record sound or video.
No. MySense Everyday operates using a built-in SIM card, so there’s no need for a Wi-Fi connection or internet setup in the home.
When first installed, MySense goes through a 7-day learning period to understand your loved one’s unique daily routines – like when they typically wake up, move around, or use the bathroom. This personalised baseline helps the system identify meaningful changes in behaviour, so alerts are more accurate and tailored to their needs.
The home sensors will still monitor their environment, but the wristband is essential for features like fall detection and emergency contact.
Yes. MySense is ideal for people with memory challenges because it requires no interaction – the system simply learns routines and alerts you to changes.
That’s okay. The only thing they’ll need to wear is a comfortable wristband. There are no screens or apps for them – everything works passively in the background.
Our MySense helpdesk is here to support you. Whether you need help with installation or after-care, our team is just a phone call or email away.
The kit is designed for easy self-installation and typically takes around 30–40 minutes to set up in the home.
You’ll receive your kit with full setup instructions. Our support team is available by phone if you need help at any stage.
It’s very simple. Sensors stick on with adhesive pads — no tools or tech skills required.
Yes. The app will indicate whether the wearable is not being worn, helping you ensure full protection and accurate monitoring.
Yes. You can invite multiple family members, friends, or carers to join your loved one’s “circle” in the MySense app. Everyone in the circle can view wellbeing insights and receive updates, helping share the responsibility of care. However, for emergency alerts (like a fall or panic button press), only one person can be designated as the primary contact who will be called first.
You’ll have access to a clean, easy-to-use dashboard showing daily trends and instant alerts if anything changes.
If there’s a fall or the panic button is pressed, the first call goes to our 24/7 Alarm Receiving Centre. A trained operator will speak to your loved one directly through the wearable watch. Based on the response — or if there’s no response — they will then contact the nominated family member or emergency services, depending on what is most appropriate for the situation.
